20/20 Sports With A.B. – Braves Shut Out At Home, GreenJackets Postponed Games, And More

In today’s 20/20 Sports with A.B., he talks the Braves shut out at home, the GreenJackets postponed, and the medal count for Team USA. 

Ashley Brown: Well, the Braves were shut out at home last night for the second straight game by Milwaukee, ten to nothing the final. Bryce Elder roughed up in three and two thirds innings. He gave up seven earned runs against the Brewers. The Braves have now been outscored in the first two games of the series, again at home, 17 to nothing. They will play host to the Brewers again tonight at 7:20.

The GreenJackets postponed last night due to Tropical Storm Debby. They will resume play tomorrow night. This one’s postponed tonight as well. They’ll resume play in Charleston tomorrow night. And, again, the GreenJackets still on a 14-game losing streak.

At the Brazil Olympic Games, right now, the US looking great in the medal count. They lead China 86 to 59 in overall medals. And they’ve now taken over the leading gold medals 24 to 22 over China as well. And the men’s basketball team a 122 to 87 winner over Brazil yesterday.
