Masters ’25: Vijay Singh Withdraws from Tournament Due to Injury
2000 Masters Champion Vijay Singh won’t play this year, bringing the field down to 95 golfers.

"Due to injury, Vijay Singh has informed the Competition Committees he will not play in the 2025 Masters Tournament," The Masters said in an announcement.
There are now 95 golfers competing in this week's Tournament.
Singh has competed in 31 Masters Tournaments, winning the 2000 title by three strokes over Ernie Els. He first competed in the 1994 Masters.
