Waffle House Opens Reservations for Valentine’s Day Dinner including 2 Augusta Locations
Two Augusta Waffle Houses will turn into romantic candle lit diners this Valentine’s Day.

Waffle House in Augusta
Waffle House will host reservation-only Valentine's Day dinners at 218 spots in 22 states on Feb. 14., including two locations in Augusta. The chain transforms for one night with white tablecloths and candles.
Reservations must be booked through the official website, and slots disappear weeks before the big day arrives each year. Walk-ins won't get a table at participating restaurants during dinner hours.
The menu stays true to what Waffle House does best. Diners can order the All-Star Special, pecan waffles, and hash browns prepared in their "scattered." Prices match the regular menu, which makes this dinner far cheaper than what most restaurants charge on Valentine's Day.
For 364 days, the chain runs with bright lights and quick service. But on February 14, participating outlets undergo a complete change.
This tradition began back in 2008 at one spot in Johns Creek, Georgia. A manager watched couples eating on Valentine's Day and decided to create something memorable. The idea caught fire and spread across the company, growing into what it is today.
Georgia leads with the most participating spots like Atlanta, Alpharetta, Augusta, Savannah, and Marietta. Florida has 16 taking part. North Carolina has 30 confirmed diners.
The official list provides specific addresses for each participating restaurant, so guests need to check the website to confirm whether their local branch is joining the 2026 event. Non-participating spots will run business as usual with first-come, first-served seating on February 14.
