John Daly will greet fans at Topgolf Augusta on April 9 and April 10 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. during Masters week. The change comes after the Augusta Hooters was torn down, ending its 28-year streak at the Washington Road spot. Topgolf sits about five miles from Augusta National Golf Club.

The two-time major winner had stationed his RV at the Washington Road Hooters since 1997. He sold merchandise and signed autographs about 1.12 miles from the course. That building came down in November 2025. Hooters filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March 2025 with $376 million in debt, shuttering more than 30 restaurants across the country.

Daly pulled in $780,000 from merchandise sales at the Hooters spot in 2024. He had stretched his contract with Hooters for two more years in May 2025, but the agreement collapsed when the Augusta site shuttered.

The 59-year-old has played pro golf since 1987. He joined the PGA Tour in 1991, the same year he claimed the PGA Championship. He also grabbed the Open Championship in 1995, the BMW International Open in 2001, and the Insperity Invitational in 2017.

Topgolf will provide all-weather bays for the appearances. From April 7 to 12, spots nationwide will dish out Masters-themed items.

Random ball dispensers will stock green balls from April 10 to 12. Guests who snag one during gameplay can swap it at the lobby for prizes. T-shirts, hats, and leather head covers are up for grabs.

The Augusta spot sits at 437 Topgolf Way in the Village at Riverwatch plaza off River Watch Parkway and Alexander Drive.
