GreenJackets Add Brisket Brownie to Ballpark Menu for 2026 Season
The Augusta GreenJackets are turning heads with the addition of a brisket brownie to the ballpark menu.

The Augusta GreenJackets unveiled the brisket Brownie on their concession menu for the 2026 season. The dish straddles dessert and dinner, featuring a sliced brownie topped with chopped brisket, caramel, and bacon, according to Oak View Group.
Other minor league teams have introduced wild creations this year. The Omaha Storm Chasers debuted a 2-foot Weiner. The Altoona Curve rolled out a BBQ Sundae.
The team stood by their creation and told fans they have to try it. "Yes it's real, and yes it's delicious!! New for 2026! Wait till y'all see what else we'll have to offer this season," the team said on X.
The Augusta GreenJackets start their season on Friday, April 3, against the Fredericksburg Nationals in Fredericksburg, VA. The first home game series will be against the Fayetteville Woodpeckers from Tuesday, April 14, through Sunday, April 19.
