“Cody” Blaine Jackson is one-half of the Kicks Wake Up Krew on Kicks 99 and also serves as the Digital Program Director for Beasley Media Group in Augusta. As a dog mom and fitness enthusiast, Cody writes about pets, health, and wellness. She also loves to discover and share the latest lifestyle trends and upcoming Augusta events.
Kris Fisher helped sign HD98.3 on the air in 2006. Since then, he has been living his childhood dream, talking to his hometown on his afternoon show, weekdays 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. As well as navigating a successful career in radio, Kris is former Metro Spirit columnist whose popular column continues to inspire his writing.

Tee Gentry has worked with KICKS 99 for more than 24 years as Operations Manager and Program Director and is on-air each afternoon 3 p.m.-7 p.m. When he’s not working, you’ll find him traveling the back roads, taking pictures, and searching for the next dive diner. He lives in North Augusta and on Saturdays in the fall, you’ll find him cooking out and watching his Clemson Tigers.
Ashley 'A.B.' Brown

Ashley “A.B.” Brown was born and raised playing sports in the Augusta area.
Following college at Columbus State, he moved back to Augusta and began a radio career that has lasted nearly 30 years. He has won numerous honors from the Georgia Association of Broadcasting and well as several Best of Augusta awards.
He is also a respected columnist whose work has appeared in numerous publications and serves as the color analyst for WJBF-TV’s High School Football Game of the Week.
Mary Liz Nolan

Mary Liz Nolan has been News Director at WGAC since 1995 and in the radio business since 1979. She is a graduate of DePauw University and began her radio career in her hometown of Columbus, Indiana. While working at WGAC, Mary Liz has been honored with seven Edward R. Murrow Awards as well as multiple honors from the Associated Press and the Georgia Association of Broadcasters. Mary Liz’s husband, Tom, is a Navy veteran and retired from Ft. Gordon in 1995. They have 2 adult children.

Michelle Mitchell is the producer for the Austin Rhodes Show afternoons from 3 p.m.- 6 p.m. on WGAC. She’s been active in the Augusta market, working in News Talk, Top 40, Country and Rock radio for many years. As a writer, Michelle likes to focus on local history, local happenings, and local animals in need. She loves spending time with her rescue dogs, her horses and listening to new music.
John Patrick

John Patrick’s radio career began in Virginia in 1977 and over the course of nearly 50 years he has received numerous awards and nationwide recognition. To date, he has covered more than 40 Masters Tournaments and his Augusta Golf Show with John Patrick has been named the best radio golf show in the country on three different occasions.
John is a member of the Golf Writers Association of America.

Austin Rhodes is Augusta’s longest tenured talk show host and began his media career in 1983. Austin is an award-winning radio personality, columnist, television host, and conservative provocateur. Austin has been named the Georgia Association of Broadcaster’s “Radio Personality of the Year” four times. Married with two children, Austin is an active supporter of the arts.
Bryan 'Dub'Axelson

Bryan ‘Dub’ Axelson is one half of “The Kicks Wake Up Krew” on Kicks99 and has been on the air with the station for more 20 years. He has been a part of three Country Music Association Station of the Year awards with Kicks99. Born and raised in Augusta, he currently lives in Grovetown. When he’s not sharing stories on air he loves playing golf and spending time with his wife, daughter and three dogs.
